WPD Sell Houses Bought to Build Access Road!

Following WPD's historic loss at the planning appeal they have now sold three houses they bought about 10 years ago. When WPD bought the houses they immediately boarded them up and had planned to have them demolished to make way for an access road to the reservoir housing development.
